First, I despise going to the dentist! No offense. I will tell you this, each time I return for a cleaning, check up or a major "project", I am more at ease with being there. Doc, your staff does a wonderful job, making your patients feel at ease with whatever the treatment they are receiving. They are very thorough, they answer the phone, they return calls and they explain each process with a method that I understand and learn. Best of all, your staff doesn't ask me questions while they have both hands in my mouth! So, maybe I don't despise it now, just do not like to go. Thank your for what you do!
