3Cannot comment on the doctor because the customer service to schedule an appt was horrible. We made an appt 2 months out because my step son was flying in for a short period of time, and was cxl'd less than a week out because "we want to schedule all our appts early so we can go home early". I am not sure the doctor is aware of the poor customer service that is being provided. They lost out on our business because his employees want to go home early....something they should have been aware of months in advance. Now it is too late to find another appt somewhere else. I rate it as unprofessional. I assume the doctor hired his front desk, so it does fall on him.
