Extremely rude and unprofessional! Never examined me. I waited over 2 hours. He sent a technician in to tell me that he was refusing to see me because I put on the forms that I was having jaw pain. He said, without examining me, that I have TMJ. I tried to assure him that I did not have TMJ and my pain was due to the bite register being off on the shoddy dentures made at the Jackson office. I drove 2 hours and waited 2 hours to be diagnosed and dismissed without being seen!.
Awful! I went in for a routine proceedure (filling) and have suffered for it! I have had just about everything one can have done to their teeth and this was by far the worst experience ever. After many months, my teeth still hurt, even though I was assured the pain and sensitivity was only temporary. The service was not professional either. I had to sit in my car and clean out my mouth with a bottle of water and napkin just to get the extra material out. In my opinion, that's something the dentist/assistant should do. They did not even offer to suction out my mouth after the proceedure. I am currently searching for a different dentist to see if they can undo what Dr. Ruiz did. I highly caution anyone who is thinking about going here..

This place is terrible. Do not go here. They do not do a good job. They messed up my wife's teeth worse than they were. They said both of my kids had cavities that were not there. Terrible place..
A+Dental is a great office to go to. I was very pleased with everyone i came in contact with. The front desk help me fill out my paper work with no questions asked. The new doctor was great. Introduced himself and shook my hand. Was very informative and could tell he has been a dentist for a while. Dr. Argo was very upfront and honest about suggesting the correct treatment for me. They treatment planned the work i needed done so that i could budget everything needed and even helped me with financing options through care credit. I had never heard of this before. Was very pleased because most dental offices just want you out the door. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing a great place for dental treatment..
I have been a patient for more than 10 years. Dr. Ruiz and her staff are wonderful.I have had many extensive restorations (root canals and crowns) and they are all in tact and holding up great. I highly recommend her..
