12I just took my 4 and my 3 year old to Dr. Rubin for the first time. My 4 year old had been to another dentist one time and was a little nervous. This was the first visit for my 3 year old. Growing up I had a wonderful dentist and could never understand why other people were scared of the dentist. I think I've found the spot for my kids to have a similar experience. Dr. Rubin was wonderful with and completely thorough. Nothing scary here!

5I've been going to Dr. Batz and Weiner's office for a few years now, I enjoy the dentists and their professionalism but their billing department needs work. There is an older woman who is in charge of billing, she doesn't smile or greet you, she looks at you and gives you an instant attitude. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and when I asked her to ask the doctor if he would write me a prescription for a diflucan along with the antibiotics she gave me the worst attitude. I had another encounter with her over the phone and had a friend of mine witness the conversation, she was very hostile and nasty over the phone, kept cutting me off, and not letting me explain myself. I had to hang up on her, sad to say; my friend who overheard the conversation was puzzled by her attitude. The dentists and the other receptionists are great, its' this billing lady that has a bad attitude.

2Either dishonest or incompetent. As Reported: Went in for tooth pain, thought needed a filling but he said nothing was wrong, got a cleaning. ~6 months later, same tooth is still sensitive, he says now it needs a filling. Ok, whatever, finally. Then, during drilling the cavity, feel intense pain and raise hands and voice, he says he’s “almost done” instead of giving more numbing medicine. Very unpleasant, to put it lightly.

5Excellent dental work. Unfound in todays dentistry practice. Profoundly thorough and intimately knowledgeable. He is kind to his staff and they highly recommend working there. Very quick and mindful of pain, he will make sure you develops a trust in dentistry. A 15 out of 10 for me
