I highly recommend that you do not go to this Dentist. He is competent, I think, but he spends ZERO time with his patients. Each member of my family had a cleaning, on two separate occasions and we all had the same experience. The hygienist was careless and Dr. Karpel literally spent no time with any of us. When I asked why he only looked at my mouth for a few seconds, the hygienist said it was because he trusted her. That is ridiculous!.
He is a butcher! He made a filling ruined a tooth needed a root canal with real doctor, the office is dirty,his wife is a manager who will scam your money!customer service zero.not recommended!!.
This was the worst Dentist I EVER experienced. He was sneezing and sniffling, wiped his nose then proceeded to touch my tooth WITHOUT A GLOVE! I was truly disgusted! He then told me he could not find anything wrong with my tooth. I went to this place because I was in excruciating pain. He advised to take Tylenol and come back to be further evaluated for a cavity that maybe under a filing. No need to say I would NEVER EVERY go back there found another dentist the next day who discovered the issue.

The staff at BGR dental is outstanding. My hygienist, Paula, is so professional and respectful. She always makes patients feel comfortable and has a great knowledge of her work. Dr Borda are excellent in their work as well and kind. The receptionists and other staff are always smiling and friendly. . If you are looking for a dentist I would recommend this office!.
