Dr Isaacson and his whole team are incredibly professional. They are willing to work around your schedule as best fits you. My wife and I both have been with Isaacson\'s dental for 4yrs now and will continue to be loyal patients, they have been to good to us. Highly recommend them, especially if you have a fear of dentist they are very comforting.

It's sad, I use to love these folks. Our son gets his orthodontic work done here but unfortunately they are not entirely honest. Today we went in for an appointment to get his retainer replaced (which took 3 weeks to schedule due to limited staffing lining up with available days off) and found that the lifetime warranty on the retainer does not seem to exist. The staff member who talked to me told me that it wasn't covered since he was hit in the mouth with a football and the doctor said that he didn't see any damage to the retainer but our son's teeth had shifted. Strange that they had different stories but they both planned on charging us to replace it. Definitely going to be searching for a new orthodontist.
