7I had gone to this dentist for many years and had to change due to insurance. I felt loyal to dr riker as I trusted him and he seemed to always be fair. HOWEVER the last several years he continually canceled my appointments and it took forever to get anything completed and I’m talking months and up to a few years. He is extremely nice and gentle but it was a blessing that insurance change caused me to seek Another dentist. This happened to family members as well. The mental anguish, frustration, major inconvenience while being in pain waiting to get dental work finished was not professional. Never Mind having paid up front for the work. I could go on but this gives you a good insight.
