impossible to set appointment after informing the lady that i'm in pain with a broken tooth.... she still wants me to come into the facility approximately 1 month from 6/17/2016. Bad telephone etiquette. extremely rude lady at the oral surgery department.
Dr. Moskowitz is really an amazing dentist. He has taken care of some pretty serious issues that I had and done it with compassion and patience. he has given me different options that other dentists didn't have the skill and artistry to give me and wound up saving several teeth..
Dr. Moskowitz removed the fear of the Dentist from my life. He fixed problems that other dentists caused. He has also as my fillings got old removed the cement ones and put in the same color or my teeth look better. I am a big fan..
The staff at this practice are overall nice but if you are looking for a personalized treatment plan, you will not find it here. The owner is arrogant. I was not consulted about the treatment plan for my children. I went to the owner about the problem, he told me that I was lying and that this could never happen in his establishment. This should have been a tell tell sign of what I was getting my children into. When the braces were put on, a habit breaker was also installed at the roof of my children's mouth. The habit stopper caused my children to slob and vomit constantly where I found myself at the emergency room because I got no response from their office. I asked the owner to take off the habit breaker. I also asked if he had alternative treatment. He argued with me (again as if I were lying) and then refused to see my children any longer at the practice as if it were their fault! Staff are always incredibly friendly and can answer all of my questions. With my procedure, I was in pain and before I could say anything they stopped based on paying attention to my body language and numbed me more..
Everyone was very pleasant, appointment was on time and painless. Love going to the dentist. Need to take care of that last baby tooth!.
