7After every procedure, I broke out with shingles around my mouth. When asked if I wanted a \"Deep Cleaning\", I told the staff that they need to check with my insurance company first because I believed there to be a waiting period. I was subsequently told that my insurance company had been called and that approval was granted. Afterwards, however, I was told it was NOT approved and that I was responsible for payment. I have been unable to resolve with the staff and unable to connect with Aimee.
