2Ubsurd billing incompetance and poor quality of dental work. Wife chose this office because of cleanliness and friendly staff. Later became painfully regrettable. Poor dental work that most often was performed by Assistants. Was incorrectly billed for almost $2,000. After I pointing out the error, with numerous phone calls, and asked them to correct the bill so I could pay the $300 to $400 I legitimately owed, They flat out refused to correct, and threatened me with collections. Over a year later and being harassed by the collections agency the bill was reduced to the Legitimate charge. Basically tried to extort money by ruining our credit. Horrible people to deal with. Approximately during this same time our daughter, who had been living in her own home after going to college had work done by this office that became infected and required surgery (by another dentist) and lost the tooth She refused to pay the bill she received from them (was contemplating filing suit against them). So this office tried to bill us and threatened us again with the same tactics (while the above was still going on. (our daughter is grown adult with own house and insurance). Plain and simple we had too many problems with dental work and definitely unbelievable billing problems. We have a good dentist now and are very happy with them. Bottom line. Don't let this place fool you. they are incompetent and crooks.
