4First time patient. Upon arrival a very frustrated and vocal patient stating a complaint about service. Front desk person states she was sorry but per the dentist that was all she could do. My introduction to xray tech. Brief interruptions to assist other tech. Dentist stops in asks what the problem is- explained- he said ok. Financial councilor comes in 15 minutes later. Says here’s the cost ????? Asked what code they were submitting under. Advised D codes. Then told that out of pocket charge of 85$ for a bacteria wash to clean teeth would need to be paid. I advised that a bacterial wash was not necessary but the dentist requires or he will not clean teeth. Opt out and called Delta Dental to issue concern. Request change of Dentist!
