So my expirence here was bad. Did my check up and evaluation and some X-rays to determine the best route we would take to fix my smile. First off they had a trainee take all my X-rays of my teeth. Mind you the whole X-ray process is uncomfortable and hurts when using slides. I was asked to visit another dentist remove my 3 wisdom teeth and 1 broken tooth before they started the actual work on my teeth. Which included a deep clean and fix some cavities after the 4 teeth were removed. Scheduled a deep cleaning but couldn’t make the appointment since I hadn’t gotten the teeth removed yet. Got a call reminder that my deep cleaning appointment is coming up. I explained that I haven’t gotten any teeth removed yet and I would like to reschedule. Said they would call me back. Never called me back to reschedule. So I Get to my appoint to have my teeth remove and was unable to due to poor X-rays and evaluation. So I had to go through the X-ray process and evaluation again. So I switched dentists and when I called to tell them I will no longer be needing their services , they were quick to tell me that I had missed an appoint and was gonna be charged 50$. I responded that I had to wait longer to remove the teeth that dr fifield had asked to to remove before we started on my plan. They responded that i should have called them to reschedule and that it was ok to do the deep clean even though I haven’t gotten my teeth removed. I explained that I never got a call back from the first and only time they called me. And second I explaind that the X-rays they took that day we’re poor and no good since the doctor couldn’t even see 2 of the teeth that needed to be removed. Now at this point I could tell by her voice she was irritated and agreed to “waive” the 50$ missed appointment fee. So my insurance only allows me 1 evaluation and X-rays every year. So now I have to pay out of my pocket for the new X-rays and evaluation that we had to redo cause of poor service. All in all they got paid for poor service, no good X-rays, and horrible communication with paitients. First and last time here. I’m not saying I wouldn’t recommend this dentis. I’m simply stating what happens with my expirence with them. I’m sure it’s not like this for everyone who visits.
