Family and Aesthetic Dentistry

I have had several sets of dentures over the years and have never had problems with poor fitting until now. I wanted an upper denture made, not because they didn't fit, but because I could see a small crack and was concerned they would break. All this dentist had to do was measure my old one, take impressions and make a duplicate. When the new denture finally came in, every area of the denture is off and doesn't fit. After several 'adjustment visits' the new denture is still far from fitting properly and is painful to wear. As I exited the office, I asked the receptionist for a copy of their warrantee or guarantee on their dentures. I was informed they didn't have one and that the dentist might continue to adjust my denture without charging for a month or so. The new denture now sets in a container in the bathroom, while I continue to make payments to the credit company. I am so disappointed with this dentist. I would NOT recommend him to anyone! Don't waste your money. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
