Dr. Talmer was one of, if not the worst, dentists I have ever been to. Every one of my crowns, many of which I'm sure were unnecessary, have had to to be replaced by another dentist in less than 5 years. Wish I should give him less than one star!.
This office asks you to pay before your insurance kicks in. They do not send monthly statements, and the statements they did sent me were usually inaccurate, because they had not included the insurance refund. Now I got a huge bill, and they did not offer monthly payments until I called them..
The caring & accommodating staff of LOFD is remarkable. I have found myself in many challenging dental crisis situations; and the resolutions were always met. Being a nurse, bedside manner, cleanliness and accuracy are top priorities. This office is top notch. I really can’t thank you all for everything you’ve done. Angela.

I have a dental abscess from a prior injury that has been on-going for a couple years now. Every dentist I’ve visited I have felt rushed and like a number. From the moment I called Aspen Dental I felt like was a patient and an important one at that. They were more thorough than any other dentist when I comes to my exams and explanation. Every single staff member was wonderful, in particular Jack and Julian stuck out. Their bedside manners are reassuring and comforting and their knowledge is apparent. I didn’t have enough money for my procedure and they helped me apply for a couple financing option, and brought my bill down almost 50% between their discount and my dental card. Kim the officer manager is super sweet and helpful. She explained everything in detail, and went above and beyond to help me. They even drained my dental abcess for free. That is something I was NOT expecting and I am enormously grateful for. I’m looking forward to working with Aspen Dental for further treatment of my dental health. I’d give more stars if I could!.
