I made a same-day appointment as a first-time patient. When I arrived, there was one man in the waiting room. Then, later, about five people when in and out while I was waiting to be seen. Each time I asked the receptionist how long before the hygienist called me. She said now, but now never came. She also said (with a grin) that the hygienist's X-ray machine was down, and my insurance had to go through first! After 1 hour of waiting, I told them to cancel my appointment because I didn't have confidence in these people going into my mouth. BEWARE: This place is so unprofessional, and they just want to document your insurance for fraud; I wonder if the dentist knows what is happening at the front desk..
Dr. Ingalls uses a “papoose board” on small children and has terrified my sweet toddler to ever go back. If you don’t believe in strapping down your young child in a restraining jacket (for him to work on their teeth) this may not be the dentist for you. * I would like to add that I have a healthy child who is not anxious or special needs. I went to several dentists afterwards, who said they would never use a “papoose board” and this is frowned upon the dental community. It is considered old and archaic or like an insane asylum. I also have a degree in psychology, thank you..
6 visits to replace an 18 month old crown. Multiple visits forced to wait over an hour past appointment time. Bills for work that was warranteed..
He is very concerned about every detail to makes things perfect. Great manner and casual way about him. Hope he stays here !!.
I highly recommend Dr. Hochfelder. He explains your procedure, treatment needed, and any questions you have. We travel from Tampa when needed to see Dr. Hochfelder and have been doing so for several years. He is highly skilled, professional, personable, caring and very thorough. His staff is friendly and professional. ANGELA,, (the office manager) is very pleasant and friendly. KIM, (the hygienist) is thorough and does an excellent job cleaning your teeth, and LIZ, his assistant, is knowledgeable and an excellent partner, The staff has been there for several years and work well together as a team..
I am so happy I found Dr Oeth. He is very nice and caring. I had a root canal 6 years ago and after had constant pain. I went to 2 other dentist and no one could figure it out. My first visiting and one xray he figured it out. I have no pain. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be pain free..... Thank you thank you thank you. You are the best, Margie.
