Never made it to the office and will never go to this office. I have severe PTSD and never leave home. I was calling to get general information. The person was rude, and said I had to come in first and was trying to get me to come in. They have no understanding of mental health. The guy hung up on me. I tried to call back and received busy signal. My son used his cell phone. The person said he was a physician and would not give me general answers to my questions. My son said it was the same voice. I have worked in healthcare for 40 years. I started out answering phones and receptionist. I fully understand the importance of that role as it sets the impression for the office. The way I was treated speaks volumes for that practice!
