My name is Robert Ungar, and I have been a patient to Anderson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for about 31 years. All the staff all the time seems very nice, friendly, helpful, knowable, honest, spends a lot of time with me, goes way beyond what was required to help me, and does everything they can to be as helpful as possible to me. They give me the solutions and overall results I need. Dr. Rick examines my teeth very thoroughly and answers all my questions to make sure I am comfortable with everything. Joelann has been an excellent hygienist, the best I have ever seen, and is very consciousness, thorough, and a perfectionist. She is also a very good teacher. She has taught me very well how to take care of my teeth. No one before her has ever been able to teach me how to take good care of my teeth. Because of all this, this is why she is so good at what she does. Paige, their Receptionist, is very helpful in making sure I get my appointments at the best times for their dental practice and me. Larisa, their Office Manager, is good at explaining their pricing to me. Amy, their Assistant, make sure I am comfortable while I am at their office.
