1The front office staff, hygienist and technician were very friendly. Dr. Paul was not and barely spent any time with us. He tried to upsell us on procedures which he could bill our insurance for, which would have cost us out of pocket ($100 for me and $1000 for my husband) and which weren't warranted at this time. Needless to say, we declined. Had to go to the office twice, once for x-rays and a very cursory exam by Dr. Paul, and another time for the cleaning. We're looking for another dentist.
