The hygienist was very gentle and understanding, but when time came to insert my filling, the quality of care plummeted. I am a very anxious dental patient, and he did not have a gentle hand when injecting the numbing agent, nor did he have patience or understanding when I was tearful, needed minutes to rest, or have my chair elevated so that I did not choke on my own saliva. I also noticed a random guy with a smug face (who did not appear to be an employee) peering in at me from time to time, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, the filling is so big that it is further damaging my tooth and it now needs to be removed and a crown put in its place. Lastly, the receptionist made me feel inadequate until i got private insurance. If I move back to Louisiana, I will not be coming back here.
