I along with my husband and children have been going to Dr. Harris' office for several years. Each time we have gone we have had an excellent experience. He is gentle, takes his time, makes you comfortable and willing to explain and answer any questions we might have. Also, his staff is very warm, friendly and helpful..

I just left the dentist office with my daughter. She had a crown put in when she got out to the car she mentioned the dentist hurt her during the procedure by the time we got up the street she was in tears I contacted the office and they said to bring her back. My daughter didnt say anything to them about the discomfort so when the dentist came in he was very sarcastic and rude as if she was lying. Its really sad that someone has to much pride to consider they have made a mistake. I will never be back I felt so bad for my daughter who he tried to imply was lying and my daughter looked at me and asked to please take her home as he was going to just put another shot in her mouth with no examination. I recommend no one go to this dentist as a parent you arent supposed to go back with your child I had a bad feeling asked to go back and use the restroom and thank God I did!!.
I had a great first experience with Ladysmith Dental Center. They hygienist was kind and efficient with her job. The dentist was kind and explained things very clearly. One suggestion would be to have some children's books for the kids to look at while waiting..
It was an emergency work-in appointment and in spite of being a work-in it was as pleasant as any DENTIST appointment could be. The staff was pleasant and concerned for the patient's welfare. The professional contact was good, my only suggestion would be to introduce yourself. I still do not know the name of the man who worked on my teeth (and gave me the BAD news)..
They are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They accept most insurances and take the time to know you as a person rather than just a regular patient. I would highly recommend them for anybody who is looking for a good dentist..
