Everyone in this office is very kind, so it made it hard to understand why the dentist destroyed my teeth. Went in for several fillings in March 2018. Experienced great sensitivity and discomfort for months after. Got a 2nd opinion after trying and failing to get issues corrected by Dr Nicklas on several visits after initial work was done. My new dentists XRays revealed bubbles and incomplete fillings in some teeth. Hard to trust a dentist that is so sweet and seemingly caring..
She is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She is very soft spoken and gentle. Her staff is also great. I have never liked going to the dentist but her and her staff make it so much easier!.
Dr. Nicklas is a true professional, her staff compliments her in work ethic. If there is one thing that I could mention that needs improvement it would be the billing process which I have had several issues with but eventually were worked out. Other than that I foresee a long lasting relationship between Dr. Nicklas and my family when it comes to our oral health..
