It started getting harder to make an appointment as he reduced the dates he is in the office, then eventually he moved offices so it was 20 minutes farther, which is really hard for kids after school. Then he transferred? our files to another dr. without asking. When we went to see this new dr for a follow up, they didn't even have our files.
