This is not a normal dental office. You need to be referred there by a Doctor on an emergency basis. When you finally get your appointment, none of the dentist have an ounce of bed side manor nor compassion for the possible pain the patient may be in. I have permanent damage in my jaw due to one Dr's carelessness.
