The only reason I\'m giving two stars instead of one is because I really do like Dr Snelson. This is where we brought our entire family for years, but since the pandemic the service here gets progressively worse and today was the last straw. The last FIVE appointments, not walk in, but scheduled appointments I have had here resulted in a one hour plus wait before even being seen. Today I waited TWO HOURS for a pre scheduled appointment and I finally told the receptionist it was too much and left. I hate it because I like Stephanie so much, but the rest of family has moved on and I likely won\'t be back either.
