7I came in because I had pain on a tooth. Iliana told me she would call me about an hour after I left to let me know what my out of pocket cost would be after insurance to see if I wanted to set up an appointment for the procedure. She didn’t call . The next morning I called to ask and I was told she would give me a call back . The day is almost over and still no call . I am in pain and if this office doesn’t even care enough to give me a simple phone call then I am definitely going to the wrong dentist. I had to cancel another appointment I already had set up .

21Stevens tried to do an additional $4000 of crown work when my jaw is/was actively degenerative despite acknowledging that the previous crown by Kevlyn was fit to my TILTED bite, not the CORRECT bite. She was unable to provide any continuation to my case whatsoever.
