He is a great orthodontics he had my daughters teeth looking spectacular, however the office is understaffed, they let the phone ring 20 million times before someone answers. If ever an emergency you can forget trying to reach anyone at times. The staff that is there is friendly but they really need to do better with the phones its a bit unprofessional.
