The staff is extremely kind, as is the surgeon. They all love animals, so if you have a fluff ball at home yourself you are already on their good side. I have honestly never been treated so well by any medical staff. They treated me like a family member, not a pay check. They were also kind enough to work with me on pricing since I don't have insurance. My surgery was so complicated that another Knoxville surgeon refused to do it for fear of permanently damaging my nerves, and another wanted me out for 3-4 hours and wanted to charge me quadruple the price- yet Dr Read had me in and out the door in just 2 hours with no nerve damage or excessive anesthesia. I cannot recommend anyone more strongly!
