4Our experience was unsatisfactory. My boyfriend came in with a severe toothache and Dr. Miller refused to treat him with anything but antibiotics “because he is still working during COVID-19.” It made no sense to turn someone away with urgent medical issues. The front office knew he was still working, and did not brief my boyfriend on their precautionary measures. He paid the $65 to hear that they could not help him. The way he conducted himself was unprofessional and inexcusable. If you are not willing to see patients during this time, close your doors instead of taking people’s money and sending them away without giving them actual treatment.
