Dr. Millard refused to clean my teeth since I am not allowed to have x-rays due to an extremely rare medical condition. Dr. Millard told me that it was Oregon state law that I have x-rays taken prior to having my teeth cleaned. That is a lie. He also belittled me and tried to make me feel that I had no understanding of my own rare condition. He said that he needed to take x-rays to see if I have mouth cancer (even though I have no symptoms of mouth cancer).
