11My first visit I was not pleased as there was poor communication as I was not told the outcome of my first examination. The Kissimmee location has a HORRIBLE receptionist with a bad attitude. I overheard her talking disrespectfully with other paying customers as well. The next time I came in, however it made up for the bad experience I had. Dr. Eduardo Cortez was extremely insightful and let me know everything he was doing as he was doing it. Ivelisse treated me like I was her own daughter :)
