How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
HORRIBLE! I called to get an appointment because my regular dentist was on vacation for 10 days. I called Dr. Bortman because he is in my insurance network, MetLife and explained my situation and was given an appointment for that day within a couple hours. A few minutes later, I receive a call back from their office and told that my appointment was cancelled because they did not have time to see another dentist's patients! Can you believe that? They had time to see me until they learned that I had been seen previously by another dentist!! I thought Metlife providers had to see ALL clients who carry Metlife insurance regardless if they had been seen earlier by another dentist!! This office should be ashamed! A person with an emergency situation and they will not see me because I was not "their" patient, even though they receive clients with Metlife Dental insurance. This is crazy and I can't believe anyone would go to this office who has this policy! Shame on you Dr. Bortman and your staff!
