I had a great first experience at Dr. Grossman's with his hygienist, Jessica. She is easy to talk to and does a very good job. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. There was no wait. I absolutely look forward to my next visit with them! **Update: so far, I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Grossman and his assistants/hygienists. They are all very attentive and do an amazing job. Not only that, they are fun to talk to and make your experience enjoyable! I can tell that Dr. Grossman does a very good job of managing his employees and making sure they know what is expected of them- the level of excellence is apparent in not only his full time staff but the students that practice there as well. Overall, I would recommend this dentist to anyone. I never had a positive experience at a dental office until Dr. Grossman's. Thank you all so much!!
