5I was a patient of Dr. Martin’s for many years. I was always happy with my services there, overall, until the last cavity I had filled just a few years ago. I had a lot of trouble with it afterwards. I had to go back at least twice to have the filling ‘shaved’ down. Recently this filling fell out. When I called to see what their protocol is in this situation, they stated that since it was filled in 2015 I would have to pay full price. I didn’t expect it to not have to pay anything, but I thought they might at least pay a portion of it since it hasn’t been that long since it was filled and I was a long-standing patient, and this is their craft in question… I don’t know, maybe this is the standard everywhere? I’m usually not one to write negative reviews, but this upset me. Especially since I had so much trouble with that filling to begin with.
