Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else.
I live in Kingsburg and it is the safest place in the central valley. The office was clean and the staff is very friendly. They clearly state the fees and services and show concern regarding care. I am very happy with the service and will make this my permanent dentist for services. Highly recommended..
Absolutely disgusted with this place!!! My son had treatment for cavities back in 2010. I was informed he had 6 cavities and they needed to be filled (2010). Six months later I take him back for a check up and they tell me he has 6 more cavities. I couldn’t believe it! His father who lives in L.A wanted a second opinion. Come to find out he ONLY had ONE cavity, NOT six. And now that his current dentist was able to take new x-rays I am told he has an infection and his tooth needs to be pulled due to a baby root canal…that I was also NEVER told about. DON’T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!.
