5I had an unfortunate experience with customer service at this dentist office. I had an appt (which I was promptly early to) after 40 minutes of waiting I had to ask the receptionist if they knew I was waiting . Got back for xray and gum assessment, I had to leave as I didn't request enough time for this. Dentist was apologetic and asked me to come in next day , and she would have a private consultation with no appt needed. I go in the next day , same situation , I wait 40 minutes and have to let receptionist know I couldn't wait any longer. Having some serious dental issues I am grateful she phoned in antibiotics for me. Schedule in AM or prepare to have time to wait. Disappointed because I heard great things
