Took my daughter to him because she had pain. He "filled" two cavities on 30 and 31. Within a few months she was having a root canal on 30 and the dentist doing the crown said that it didn't appear that the cavity in 31 was filled. My daughter now is having to go back for a filling on 31...that we paid to have done by Dr. Harper. We are taking her to the dentist in Lake Charles that did her crown. Not to mention the messed up billing that left us owing an additional $150 when we were paid up.
