2I was a new patient. The dentist carelessly did not review my dental records before advising extensive dental work, causing needless, stressful, time-consuming insurance billing problems. The dentist and office would not cooperate with my insurance providers or me to resolve the issue they caused, nor did they provide the necessary information, including dental records, to my insurance providers or me to resolve the issue. Instead, they sent the account to collection, even though my insurance providers and I are working on cleaning up the dental mess as I write this review. These are serious red flags. If you want a careful, professional dentist who values excellent patients and takes his contract with high-quality insurance providers seriously, keep looking.
