They were very nice the first visit I had with them, however my second appointment I was 4 minutes late. Talked to the receptionist at around 7 minutes late. When she got back from talking with the dentist it was around 10 minutes late. Since when can you not be seen for being less than 10 minutes late? I thought it was going to be a good experience there as my child goes to the dentist here. But this really disappointed me as they know I've been in excruciating pain since my last visit. So now I have to wait another long 2 weeks for another appointment. I would also like to point out that I was late for my child's appointment due to work. (The same amount of time, around 5 minutes.) I thought these places had a policy on being late example being after 20 minutes we cannot see you. I do not see that posted anywhere. Life happens and a paying costumer is left in pain.
