Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Matthew Charging, DDS

Overbooked and under staffed. She runs a very chaotic office where time means nothing. You may end up sitting in a room for hours while she jumps from one patient to another without finishing up with you first. I understand one has to make money but there is a way to do it. Having 3 to 4 people in a chair at one time isn't the way. I am also skeptical of her findings when it comes to her exams. You go from having no cavities to a mouth full of them after she examines you. Wont be going back..

By the end of the three hours that I was there I'd only gotten x-rays and a really basic exam that was not thorough. Was told I had 19 cavities but got a 2nd opinion from a more organized and professional office and I only had 2. It's my opinion that you should never hear the words shame on you from a doctor/dentist, but that was one of the first things I was told. Left extremely stressed with sore cheekbone from being accidentally hit in the face with x-ray machine. unbelievable..

I came to Dr. Smith for a pain in my tooth. Found out it was a cavity. It needed a root canal. When I came in for the surgery the root canal was done on tooth 30 instead of 31. It was the most painful experience I've ever had (and I'm diabetic! So that's saying a lot!) Now, I have just been told by a leading Edondotist, there is exstensive infection in tooth 30 and a broken dental tool left in tooth 31. Having to get infection handled now If you can go see ANYONE other than Dr. Smith- please do.
