Dr. He glare is by far the BEST dentist I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Most of his staff are very kind and wonderful at what they do, however Pat is the reason for the lost star. She is very abrasive and has zero people skills..

I went to Dr. Howell office about 6 months ago for some work and I paid my co-pay and put the rest on care credit so I would have everything paid in full. I got a bill in the mail today 2/2/2016 for $154.00 for a balance that I did not know I needed to pay that was over 90 days past due and was asked to pay IMMEDIATELY! What kind of crap is that? The billing department needs to get there act together. Dr. Howell is great and does good work. I have been going to Dr. Howell for my dental needs for over 15 years but they have just lost me..

I reccommend Dr. Michael to everyone. This Doctor is excellent. Both he and his staff are compassionate, kind, and understanding. They understand that dental work can be very expensive and are honest and upfront about what needs to be done right away and what kind of work can wait- I met this doctor thru a friends recommendation - I had only been in Billings 6 months when I got a terrible toothache, but did not have a dentist. DR. Michaels staff fit me in with only a couples hours notice and made me a priority as I was in a lot of pain- He is now my regular dentist! .
