very disappointed. Its been some years ago but as he proceeded to fill a tooth he got impatient because it was taking so long (patient has a small bite) he put the permanent sealant in the tooth before checking with patient. It was lunch hour and he needed to go. Had a headache for a week and teeth have never been the same since.
