How Patients Feel
NEGATIVEPatient Reviews
1My husband visited this office to have a wisdom tooth removed. They estimated that insurance would pay a certain percentage, but, after a phone call to our insurer AFTER the procedure (since there was no time to call the insurer between the afternoon preliminary appointment and the removal the following morning), we found out that none of the procedure or sedation was covered. Both my husband and I called this office several times on several occasions to discuss why they misled us into believing that the procedure would be covered. Our insurer is a widely-used insurer (BCBS) and told me that the oral surgeon's office should have known better and that it was very negligent of them to have given us incorrect information on what was covered. This office "gets away" with treating patients like this because they will rarely have repeat customers, as opposed to regular dental offices. We would recommend to anyone in the area considering this office to find another provider and avoid this office and their horrible customer service and misleading billing practices.
