On a Sunday morning, the glue that held my retainer in cracked and the retainer became loose. This, of course, happened the day before I was supposed to leave the area for a year to teach English abroad. I called Dr. Zuroff's emergency phone number and he personally answered and told me that he would meet me at his office in a half an hour. He fixed the retainer quickly and sent me on my way. It's rare that you find such personal and amazing help, and Dr. Zuroff certainly gave me just that!
