RUDE! Last visit they guilted my daughter about not using the poison they call flouride while I was in the waiting room and they did not bring up this issue to me. I would have gladly and politely discussed it with them. I also asked if my children could arrive at their next appt without me becuase they both drive and I was told that would be fine. However, once they arrived they were treated so ugly and rudely that they came home complaining about the visit. Of course, they did not get their services because I had to be there, which is fine, we could have just rescheduled due to the misinformation given but the front desk refused to reschedule them. I spoke with the front desk on the phone and I could hear the staff in the background going on about how this is not ok and blaming me. Dr. Buckle and her staff need training in how to speak to children and adults. We will not go back there.
