too many mistakes and do overs, Cost is higher than most I have since consulted with. Receptionist is very cool and at time rude and blunt. She has suggested that the poor results were due to something I did.. Hard to reach by phone, messages are not answered in a timely manner..
Dr. Dimario was 45 minutes late for my appointment. He was sitting in his office doing nothing, making me wait. He came into the exam room and never introduced himself, just said something rude and did not apologize for making me wait 45 minutes. When we were done, I checked out with his receptionist, who was sitting at her desk, wrapped in a blanket (very professional). She refused to bill my insurance, even though I called my insurance company ahead of time and they said the visit would be covered. I told her this, she went into Dr. Dimario's office and he said "no, she can pay now". So, I paid, got a reciept, I'll submit to the insurance myself and I will never be back. I will also advise other people in town not to go there!!!.
Handle this one with care. If he thinks your shoes are causing the problems he will destroy them on the spot. He cut up my shoes that I bought three weeks ago for $79.00 so I could no longer walk in them and had to throw them away. Who does that? Add to that the fact he is rude, sarcastic and a little too eager to replicate the pain one came to see him about - three times - caution is warranted. $60.00 cash on the spot, almost $80.00 in destroyed personal property plus they have my insurance information. Stunning but not in a good way. Never go to a doctor just because he is in your town and easy to find. That's why they gave us GPS..
Awesome The Best of the Best!!! Dr. Murray is truly one of a kind,caring individual that goes above and beyond the normal everyday orthodontist. He truly cares for his patients. He takes his job of providing the best possible service to each and every patient he comes in contact with. Thank-you , Dr. Murray for your outstanding care every time we visit.
