1okay, so i have never written a review but this place deserves one - literally and figuratively. there are 2 certain truths about this place, 1) dr Whelan is a bad dentist, he does a procedure once and then offers to do it again for free, but hello it should have been done right the first time. 2) they are a double billing factory. 4x my insurance has been double billed, 4 times the secretaries apologize. Its clear all they want is money, you hear the secretaries make cold calls while you wait and the facility itself has not been updated in years, it reminds me of the early 80s and best of all, all dr Whelan does is brag about his world traveling. Once during a root canal they sterilized an instrument with a lighter - nice. Dr. Whelan is a nice man, but a runs a bad business. Its too much with the frequent double billing, the outdated facility, the bragging about travel and the secretaries making cold calls. His life style appears to be a huge contradiction to his business. The one good the thing about this racket is they have great hygienists. Other than that, take you dental problems elsewhere, i know we are....
