I have been going to Dr. Anderson for over 7 years. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and competent. He has referred me to specialists when he felt my problem was something out of his realm of comfort, and it was taken care of. He has been honest with me, and I found his fees to be very reasonable and fair. I love his staff and you can tell they all like and respect each other and work as a team..
I Love Dr. Anderson, He Is The Only One For Me..
THIS DENTIST IS A FRAUD!!! They will charge you out of pocket saying it will be applied to your deductible. Then turn around and charge your insurance company the exact same amount you paid out of pocket. Once the insurance pays, you don't even show to have paid towards your deductible. I caught them doing this and called and talked to Leah that answered the phone and she was stunned and had to come up with an excuse very quickly because I was probably the only person who had ever caught and questioned them about this practice. She got rude and said that they charged me because they didn't know if my insurance was going to pay or not. I have a pretty large insurance company so I can't see them EVER not paying. She again got ugly and asked "Do you understand?" as if to intimidate me and make me get off the phone. I said I needed my money back since my insurance had paid and was blown off with an answer of "Well, let me get your number and we'll mail you a check back when we get the payment from the Insurance company" RIGHT!! Like I'll ever see that money. They probably do this to EVERY SINGLE patient and nobody else catches on. In essence, they are committing FRAUD and being double paid for almost non existent service!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!.
