How Patients Feel
N/APatient Reviews
1Avoid if you have children. Zero patience or pediatric expertise. I understand he wants to uphold his “quality” of work, but when you start rolling your eyes multiple times, right in front of your child, because your child can’t keep his tongue still, throwing tools down because you “just can’t do this”, and allowing your frustration to surface RIGHT in front of a child that already is made fun of enough for his struggles... Ridiculous. Unacceptable. Calmly step away from your chair, pull me aside, and explain how we need to pursue other methods to complete more complex operations (eg. extraction, fillings) with me. Yell at me, I don’t care, but never act in a way where my son can see the disdain you have for him. You can’t tell me they didn’t take an ethics course in dental school. If they did, he faked his way through it.
