Dr. Cielinski is polite and courteous. He always explains his rationale for different procedures and recommends the best course of action. Also, he gets to know his patients and makes the visit simple to get through. He front desk staff, Denis, is the best. She will do anything to help patients. Whether it is getting your insurance figured out, helping you find an appointment time, or answering questions, she is very sweet!.
My previous dentist did more fillings than he had told me he would, and told me I needed a lot of extra work. When I moved to Dr Jacobs, his assistant took a much more thorough survey of my teeth and gums and found there was no immediate need for further work. When treatment has since been necessary, Dr Jacobs explained the reasons carefully, and with reference to X-rays etc. At age 64 I have been to many dentists, in this country and in Europe, but Dr Jacobs is certainly the best..
