DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. My son needed an extraction which was taken care of. However, this office's billing practice is extremely suspect. Understand that this Dr. IS A HORIZON BCBS IN NETWORK PROVIDER. Their receptionist will be quick to balance bill you and not give you adequate paperwork to document it if you don't ask for copies. Balance billing is not permitted since again..they are IN NETWORK. Long story short..they will give you plenty of run around.. see you in court Dr Doner.
